CHI Limited Edition Flat Iron, Save Our Earth (Misc.) Product looks good and arrived very fast. My girlfriend was so excited to use it, but we would suggest not to use the oil that comes with it before going out… it has a very powerful smell, exotic, but powerful. Apparently, CHI is one of the best, if not, the best brand, and after doing some research, I decided on this one.

Ceramic Hairstyling Iron [Misc.] (Misc.) I was very pleased that the iron was sent sooner than expected. It appeared to be packed well . I was not entirely happy with this iron. My daughter has an identical one and I love hers, thats why I ordered one for myself. This iron does not heat up and get as hot as it should therefore it does not work as well as I expected from the CHI name.
Ceramic Hair styling Iron [Misc.] (Misc.) I got this flat iron b/c it was the same one the stylist at the salon used on my daughters hair. Her hair is a little hard to manage at times. It takes all the effort out of straightening. It works amazing & I was extremely happy with the price. It is worth every penny!!
Farouk PM7426 Chi Mini Flat Iron and Mini Pro Low EMF Dry er Collection Gift Set with Free Travel Bag (Health and Beauty) I bought this set for a trip to Europe and was SO excited to find the CHI travel kit at such a good price. I tried it out in the comfort of my 110v home before I left. The straightener did not get very hot, but I figured it was because it was compact. The hair dryer seemed to be okay with the output you would expect for a travel dryer. I was more concerned with having a reasonable hair dryer while traveling in Europe. I really liked the dual voltage offered by the hair dryer. I was relieved to have it–until I got there. I used an adapter and set the dryer to the appropriate voltage, and when I turned it on….NOTHING…it didn’t work at all. I tried using it on the lower voltage and with the voltage down converter I had. It barely worked; it couldn’t blow out a candle on a birthday cake. I was astonished that the cheap Revlon curling iron I brought worked perfectly with the down converter, but neither of the two CHI travel doo dads functioned at all. Sadly, the best (and most valuable) part of this entire kit was all the small products that came with it: the travel size shampoo, conditioner, silk infusion, and spray made my hair manageable. I feel like I totally wasted money on this set. It took up valuable space in my suitcase. So very, very disappointed.

It was worth the extra money. I have been through 3 flat iron s in the last 2 years. Maybe this one will last longer.

I have very thin hair so i needed a straightener that went to a very low temperature. I did accidentally click on the buttons while straightening my hair but you just got to watch where you put your hands. I tried many times to straighten my hair when it was damp and it did not work. i dont know if i was doing something wrong but it made my hair super super curly.

Farouk CHI GF1001PD Ceramic Flat Hair Iron , 1 Inch , Pink Dazzle (Health and Beauty) This is an authentic CHI flat iron . It was just as pictured. BUT, I didn’t realize that there was not a temperature setting. I have very fine hair and the highest temp that my hair can handle is about 300°. Just an FYI….

CHI 1′ Original Ceramic Style Flat Iron by Farouk (Misc.) Having used CHI flat hair irons in the past, and having had good experience with them, this one just keeps up the good record of its predecessors. I use it on a daily basis and it does its job well. Heats up quickly and straightens my hair in no time!The reason I didn’t rate it at five stars is that I’ve had CHI flat irons that were higher in temperature when fully heated.And for all those claiming that they received a false product or not a ‘REAL CHI’, I checked mine very thoroughly, compared it with one purchased in the store by a friend of mine (who paid much more than I did for it), for all the ‘signs’ that all the negative reviews said were there and found mine to be the REAL THING.
